A common path: developing a culture of service quality throughout the whole airport community and enhancing our passengers' experience

Through periods of observation and interactions with both employees and passengers, eight golden rules have been identified, encompassing eight essential themes in the passenger’s experience on our platform.

Establishing a Customer Experience Commitment Charter means:

  • Putting the passenger first : our passengers at the heart of our efforts to ensure their satisfaction and comfort,
  • Raising awareness :  we work to increase awareness throughout the entire airport community about the importance of customer service,
  • Adhering collectively : we commit to following clearly defined common rules that enhance the passenger experience,
  • Allowing better consumption and increasing consumption choices : enabling better consumption by improving the passenger experience,
  • Leading to the continuous improvement of the experience : We, both employees and passengers, are dedicated to the ongoing improvement of our services to meet and exceed passenger expectations.
